Laser tag is a fun and exciting activity for people of all ages. For safety reasons, players must be at least 6 years old to play.

Laser tag is an indoor physical activity. Players are required to watch a short instructional video before the start of each Mission. While play is supervised by our Marshall, and we make every effort to ensure strict adherence of our house rules (see below), we cannot assume any responsibility for any injuries that may occur. You are personally responsible for knowing your physical limits and health risks and deciding whether or not playing a moderately physical activity will be detrimental to your condition. Anyone not adhering to our house rules will be asked to leave the facility.

Yes. We appreciate that it is challenging for younger players to compete against the older kids or adults. If you book a party with a minimum of 12 children, your Epic Lazer Tag Missions can be made exclusive for your younger guests. Just let us know in advance so we can schedule accordingly. We also permit parents (without a vest) to assist younger players if they wish during these exclusive games only. Remember, children must be at least 5 years old to play.

Laser tag is a physical game so we recommend running shoes and comfortable clothing. Also, many players prefer to wear black so it is easier to hide within the arena and avoid being a target. During the winter months we recommend that players bring a pair of running shoes if they are wearing boots. We will not allow players with just socks for safety reasons.

Our laser tag arena is approximately 4,100 feet and can accommodate up to 20 players at a time.

Each laser tag game experience takes about 25 minutes. Total play time is 15 minutes. There is a short instructional video on the rules and equipment handling before the start of each game. At the end of the game scores are posted and score cards and handed to each player so you know how well you did.

Yes. All parties are given reserved Epic Lazer Tag Mission times. Typically the play times are 15 minutes after the start of your party time and again 45 minutes later. For example, if your party starts at 2:00pm, your first mission will be at 2:15 and then again at 3:15. You will need to enter the briefing room about 5 minutes before your play time for our rules and equipment handling. Be sure to remind your guests to arrive on time to avoid missing game times.

Yes! All Epic Lazer Tag mission games are on a first-come, first-serve basis with the exception of our parties that have reserved times. Call us to check for availability and reserve your play time before you arrive. There is a new mission every 15 minutes so chances are you will not have to wait very long before you are part of the action!

Not necessarily. All of our games are open to the public. If there is extra room, additional players will be added to the group. Exceptions will be given to parties with a minimum of 15 players with younger players requesting an exclusive game.

Yes. We suggest that you arrive about 5-10 minutes before the start of your party to set up. Call ahead if you need extra time and we will do our best to accommodate you if we can.

Yes, it’s plenty of time. Check out our suggested schedule below. If you would like to schedule extra time in your party room just give us a call ahead of time and for a minimal fee we can schedule more time. Of course you are more than welcome to stay and enjoy Epic Lazer Tag after your time in the party room has ended!

Yes. If you prefer to bring in your own food and/or snacks for your party you can do so. Our supreme and Epic party packages offer pizza and drinks and you are welcome to bring other snacks and food. We do not permit outside food for walk-in customers, snacks and drinks can be purchased at our concession stand. Please note that we are NOT a nut-free facility.

Yes. Epic Lazer Tag has a snack bar offering treats, drinks and limited hot food.

Yes! Why run around trying to create your own loot bags when we can take care of the work for you! We have Basic and Epic loot bags to choose from. Our loot bags are a hit with kids and parents and our Epic loot bags come included with our Epic party package! We have filled our loot bags with stuff kids like and in addition to treats and snacks, both options come with light up toys that your kids will love! Check out our events board for more details on the loot bag contents.

We have a fridge available for your cakes. Sorry, we do not have a freezer on site.

Yes, printed invitations are available free of charge if you book a party package with us! Come in at any time during our regular hours to pick them up. A printable online version is available using this link click here.

Please, no alcohol, pinatas, silly string or confetti.

Unfortunately once the deposit is paid it is not refundable. 

However you are free to change the data and time of the party to any other day provided there is availability.
